One couple came back from Australia and founded a cafe that serves continental cuisine, leaving their job of interior design. Another couple were respected West Bengal Goverment employees who became food anthropolgist and chose to establish a food pop-up that serves variations of fusion dishes from different corners of the world. I also tried some street foods there and visited the famous Kasahara cafe, which is known for its artistic ambiance and delicious desserts.
