The story begins when the operator goes to Sara and finds her doing her daily chores in the courtyard of a rural house. Haniyeh, as always, is busy sweeping the room with a sense of responsibility to keep their living environment clean and tidy. Sara, who always watered the vegetables in the garden with a sprinkler, this time decides to water them faster and better using a hose. After watering, she notices that the leeks have grown thin; So, with the scissors that Hanieh got from the landlord’s grandfather, she trims them so that they will grow wider, thicker, and of better quality in the future. After finishing the garden, Hanieh returns the scissors to her grandfather, but she returns with a new message. The grandfather has asked them to go to the barn and trim the hair of one of the goats that is different from the others. Sara and Hanieh head to the barn, and after catching the goat, Hanieh holds it tightly so that it does not run away, and Sara carefully begins to trim its hair. At the same time, the goat’s baby goat comes to her to drink its mother’s milk; but the goat’s udders are closed with a bag so that the other goats do not use its milk. This scene depicts a corner of the realities of animal husbandry and animal care in the village. After finishing their work in the stable, Sara and Haniyeh return to their room, change their clothes, and wash them. The fatigue of their daily work has not yet worn off when the operator brings Sarah some new news; a family is looking for someone to do the housework. Sara accepts this opportunity without hesitation so that she can earn a little income for herself and her daughter. After washing the clothes, they go to the owner’s house. Contrary to expectations, the owner does not ask Sara to clean, but rather asks her to weave a silk carpet.
