I break flex down into 5 levels: soft, softer side of medium, medium, stiffer side of medium and stiff. I think these categories still make sense on a scale from 1-10 where each category could have 2 different levels. Other factors such as the snowboards camber profile can make a difference in how a snowboard flexes and feels, but I didn't want to get too detailed in this video, just a quick overview.
