CUSTOM BUMPER AND EXHAUST BUILD! CHEAP BUDGET F100 CROWN VIC SWAP!

Next project on the channel that is really exciting for us, 1959 Ford F100 Long bed and 2010 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor chassis swap. In this video, we use eBay mandrel bent exhaust tubing to build a custom exhaust with Flowmaster FX muffler. We use v-bands and bellow style flex couplers to round out our side exit race car inspired exhaust system. Also, in this video we were able to reuse the original front bumper off the F100 with some custom brackets and ingenuity. Thanks to some comments from viewers we used a 57 Chevy Apache back bumper that fit the body lines perfectly with some modifications we created bumperettes to create a split bumper effect. This series of videos will highlight how to do this conversion as simple and cost effective as possible. We are shooting for $2000 initial budget to have a running driving shop truck.
