In 2010, as a third-year junior high school student, she won the All-Japan Junior High School Girls' Tecathlon. After attending Hiroshima Minami High School, he became the third athlete in history to win the Inter-High School Championships women's 100m hurdles three times in a row, and in his second year of high school, he advanced to the semifinals of the World Junior Championships. After graduating from Nippon Sport Science University, he joined Nippon Construction Industry in 2018. In 2022, he won his first Japan Championship and competed in the World Athletics Championships in Oregon. He set his first Japanese record in the semifinals with a time of 12.82 seconds. In September of the same year, he broke the Japanese record with a time of 12.73 seconds at the All-Japan Corporate Championships. Dai Tamesue Born in Hiroshima Prefecture in 1978. He is the first Japanese athlete to win a medal at a world sprint championship. He holds the Japanese record in the men's 400m hurdles (as of January 2024). He currently writes, works on projects related to the body, and explores human mastery through his recent book, "Mastery Theory: People Can Continue Learning and Growing," which summarizes his learnings as an athlete.
