ここは天国なの❓そんな景色がある阿蘇 ミヤマキリシマ ✨ 杵島岳〜烏帽子岳

Thank you for watching. Subscribe to our channel here:    / @白鳥さん   ◆Main Points This video is a record of the climb of Mt. Kijima and Mt. Eboshi in Aso on May 23rd by the uploader, Shiratori, Yo-chan, and Misa. The highlight is the breathtaking view of the pink Rhododendron kiusianum blooming across the landscape. Main flow of the video: Mt. Kijima Summit (2:11 - 4:45): The group reaches the summit of Mt. Kijima (1,321m). Blessed with good weather, they enjoy a 360° panoramic view and the beautiful scenery of Mt. Eboshi with its blooming Rhododendron kiusianum. Traverse to Eboshidake (5:34 - 17:00): We proceed along the reddish-brown trail characteristic of volcanoes, past landslide areas, and along windy ridges. Along the way, we pass through tunnels of fully bloomed Miyama Kirishima azaleas, enjoying breathtaking scenery. Summit of Eboshidake (20:39 - 22:52): We arrive at the summit of Eboshidake, at an altitude of 1,337m. We enjoy the magnificent view and lively conversation, including anecdotes about being a "sunshine girl." Descent and Lunch (24:52 - 26:33): After descending, we return to the parking lot and enjoy a cup noodle lunch while admiring the scenery outside, a classic mountain climbing experience to conclude the video. The weather forecast for the day was miraculously good, turning out to be truly "heavenly," making this a fulfilling mountain climbing video where we fully enjoy the spectacular scenery of Aso. ◆Climbing experience: About 5 years. I started during the COVID-19 pandemic. I was confident in my health and physical fitness, but after spending my 40s without much exercise, my weight increased, and I thought, "This might be bad..." so I started mountain climbing. Once I started, I enjoyed it so much that I became hooked. I was confident in my physical strength and athletic ability, but after climbing a mountain, my knees were shaking after about an hour. For about a year, I would have such severe muscle pain the day after climbing that I could barely walk, but now I rarely experience muscle pain.
