The extremely expensive Monstera 'Green Coral' sold by RARE PLANTS JAPAN unfortunately had some damage found in the new shoots upon delivery, so we had to temporarily hold onto it at the shop. We are offering refunds, exchanges, or the option of returning the plant once it has fully recovered to the customer who purchased it. The plant we held onto was shriveled, even the leaf stalks, due to inability to absorb water. We tried various methods, but after a few days, we decided to switch to "water propagation." As with living things, these kinds of problems are sometimes unavoidable.
