The Telangana government has announced a major gift for Telangana Statehood Day! Starting June 2, 2026, the government will distribute 2 lakh new Aasara (Cheyutha) pensions, backed by an allocated budget of ₹233 crore. Out of 12 lakh pending applications, eligible beneficiaries will be selected after field-level verification. 👥 Who is Eligible? Elderly (Above 57 years), Widows, Single Women, and Beedi/Handloom/Geetha workers. Persons with Disabilities (Must have more than 40% disability). Income Limit: Annual income must be below ₹1.5 Lakh (Rural) or ₹2 Lakh (Urban). 📂 Documents You Need to Apply: Aadhaar Card & Ration Card Residence Certificate & Passport Size Photos Age Certificate (Aadhaar/Voter ID/Pan Card/10th Memo) Bank Passbook Income Certificate Special Certificates (Death Certificate for Widows / SADAREM ID for Disabled) 📍 Where to Apply?
