Venison Curry - Indian Style Venison Curry Recipe

In this video, I shall show you how to cook Venison Curry. Venison is deer meat and is available in Europe as both wild venison and farmed venison. Venison is lean meat & has a gamey flavour. There aren't many Indian recipes that feature venison these days, since hunting wild game is banned in India. However, in the olden days, venison and other game meats were widely consumed all over India. I live in rural England and here venison meat is readily available, so I have cooked a lot of Venison curries, since I really enjoy the meat. Most of my recipes are a result of my own experimentation, since Indian Venison recipes aren't documented online much. My venison recipes cater more for the Indian palate, rather than Western palate and are not served "pink"!
