Riparazione THE T.AMP D2800D MKII distorce e finali in corto - Assistenza DisotechLab

Today we repaired a THE T.AMP D2800D MKII amplifier in our Disotech lab. This amplifier had several issues, which we will now summarize: 📌 *Problem* One channel wasn't working. The other channel sounded distorted and at a lower volume. The front potentiometers were causing noise. Defective preamp filter capacitors. 🔧 *Solutions Adopted* Replaced the shorted power amps located under the board. Replaced the IR2110S PWMs causing the distortion. Replaced the front potentiometers to eliminate noise. Installed new electrolytic capacitors for the preamp. ✅ *Results Achieved* Both amplifier channels now function properly. Distortion eliminated and channel volumes leveled out. Potentiometers and preamp operating without noise. Stable 140V power supply. We tested the amplifier with a 100Hz signal and a music track, confirming that the device works perfectly. The amplifier is now ready for delivery to the customer.
