El paraíso pero ¿elegimos el estrés? | El secreto de la capital

We live in a country surrounded by nature, but often the rush and routine of the city put us on autopilot, which makes us sick. We normalize the beauty around us and sin by ignoring it. Today I decided to venture into La Sabana with my camera, not for a tourist trip, but to find a respite, force myself to listen to the signs, and learn to slow down. Sometimes we think that to heal our minds or regain inspiration we need a long trip to the mountains, when perhaps the solution is just a sidewalk away from the chaos of San José. In this video, I invite you to join me on an introspective walk where the park itself ended up giving me an unexpected lesson in mental health through the simplest things: from stopping to listen to the birds, to a conversation with the mounted police, or sitting on the grass enjoying a mango freshly picked from the tree. How long has it been since you stopped for a moment to truly look around you? If you enjoyed this reflective and cinematic video, I invite you to subscribe to continue sharing more stories and purposeful journeys. Pura vida!
