Welcome to Week 2 of Bloom on the Mat, Sow + Stretch’s growth-centered take on March Mat-ness 🌿 This week we focus on Watering Our Plants — building endurance, strength, and consistency through slow, controlled Pilates movement. Just like plants need consistent watering to grow, our bodies need steady repetition and intentional practice to build strength. This session will challenge your muscles with longer holds, pulses, and controlled movement that deepen your Pilates practice. In this flow we’ll focus on: 💧 Core endurance 💧 Glute activation 💧 Slow, controlled movements 💧 Breath and stability Remember: growth doesn’t happen overnight.
