Do not overmix. • Fill the pans 2/3 full. • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. • Remove from the oven and let stand for about 5 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before decorating. *OPTIONAL: If you want to add half a teaspoon of truffle, once cooled, make a small hole in the top center, fill it with the chocolate truffle, and decorate it with the frosting.* Here's our chocolate truffle frosting tutorial:    • Ganache de Chocolate y Frosting de Trufa   Orange Buttercream Frosting Ingredients: • 1/2 cup - 130 g butter, softened • 1 1/2 to 2 cups - 190 to 225 g powdered sugar • 3 tablespoons orange liqueur** • 2 tablespoons grated orange peel* • 6 tablespoons ORANGE JUICE OR MORE • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Preparation: **If you don't want to add liqueur, you can substitute it by adding 3 MORE tablespoons OF ORANGE JUICE. • Beat butter at medium speed until creamy. • Add 1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar and beat at low speed until blended. • Add the orange liqueur (if not using alcohol, substitute 3 tablespoons of orange juice in addition to the 6 in the recipe), the grated orange, 6 tablespoons of orange juice, and vanilla, beating until blended. • Add the remaining powdered sugar little by little until you get the desired consistency. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use. • If it's too runny, add more powdered sugar, one tablespoon at a time. • If it's too stiff, add more orange juice little by little. • Store the remainder in the refrigerator. NOTES FOR THE BEST BUTTERCREAM • The most important thing is that the butter is soft at room temperature. • Then, beat the butter alone for about 5 minutes until foamy before adding the sugar. • Sift the sugar for a super-light frosting. • The more you beat it, the softer it becomes. • It can be stored in the refrigerator tightly sealed for up to a month, and then frozen for longer.
