One of the hardest things to do as a product manager is to make decisions when you don't have enough information. This type of question could be testing Bias for Action, but in this case is targeting Are Right, A Lot. Part of making decisions, and being successful, is making good decisions. How you, as a product manager (or any employee), make decisions when you don't have enough information is informative to any hiring manager to help them understand can you make the right decisions in those scenarios. It comes down to your ability to pattern match and use the limited information to make the right decision, or (at the very least) a good one.
