Vintage Roland Tape Delay - The RE-301 Chorus Echo
Vintage Tape Delay - Jon Burton, who is slightly obsessed with delay units, happily dismantles his lovely Roland RE-301 Chorus Echo to shows us the wonderful magnetic tape insides. For those of you who were born in the digital age, check this out! Jon even has to set the tempo by ear rather than entering a number into DAW software. You can really play with it creatively and have a bit of a laugh at the same time... He demonstrates using it on drums, guitar and vocals using music from Serbian band, Rakila. Hours of fun to be had from this machine... And as you would expect from Jon, he also has some big speakers! https://www.soulsound.co.uk/jon-burto... www.soulsound.co.uk • Meet - Jon Burton • Guitar Tips from Jon Burton - Recording an... • Drum Recording tips from Jon Burton https://www.soulsound.co.uk/jon-answe...
