The Best Coffee Grinder Combo To Understand Your Preferences (Niche Zero + DF64)

Here is what I believe to be the best combo of coffee grinders you can get for the money. The goal of this combo is to boost your understanding of your preferences. I believe establishing this understanding ASAP will enhance your coffee journey in the long term. I can't think of a better way to do that than experiencing a big conical and a big clarity flat. This is a contrasting combination that presents two very distinctive styles of coffee. Plus this combination results in some of the tastiest coffee you can get in is a lot of fun to use. I love dialing in the same coffee on both of these burr sets and tasting how flavors in cup change! This will work with any big conical and big flat but I have specifically chosen the Niche Zero and DF64 as these are some of the best value picks in each category. In addition, these grinders offer some of the most flexibility in usability, especially the Niche Zero. Once you modify the DF64 a little it is much more usable. No need to worry about what roast levels you use, how many beans you put in, stalling, etc. I will mention there are cheaper and more expensive alternatives but you sacrifice the usability. I would also recommend you dial in all different types of roast levels and styles of shots on both and this will help you pinpoint what you like. More importantly, this will allow you to understand what is missing in each burr set from the other and understand what your likes/dislikes are.
