The ThinkPad X1 Carbon has been the best business laptop on the market for years, and this 2020 revision is no exception. It features a 4K Dolby Vision display (in the model we tested), an impeccable keyboard, a touchpad and TrackPoint, solid yet lightweight, and the performance you need is guaranteed by Intel Comet Lake processors, which are also very well managed via software. Superior audio, with Dolby Atmos support, is audible through both the laptop's four speakers and headphones. The only drawback: the battery life is rather short. It's better to opt for the full HD model if you want to be away from a power outlet. The price is in line with previous editions: not cheap in the strictest sense, but it's a unique laptop in its own right.
