Established in 1995. This popular restaurant is run by a chef who trained at "Tamuraya," a famous Sano ramen shop, and you can enjoy a bowl of ramen that carries on the tradition of hand-made bamboo noodles. I ordered a large serving of char siu ramen and three dumplings. First, the aroma of the clear broth of the char siu ramen stimulates the appetite. The broth, a blend of chicken, pork, and seafood flavors, is light yet deeply flavorful. The more you drink, the more the umami spreads, making it so delicious you'll want to drink it all to the last drop. The hand-made bamboo noodles vary slightly in thickness, and their chewy, firm texture is appealing. They pair well with the soup, allowing you to fully enjoy the gentle flavor characteristic of Sano ramen. The char siu is large and tender, and with each bite, the savory flavor of the meat and the sweetness of the fat spread throughout your mouth. Even with a large serving, I enjoyed it thoroughly without getting tired of it. And the dumplings are the large size you'd expect from a Sano specialty.
