Chai Karak (شاي كرك) is Famous anytime Tea of UAE loved by citizens & Expats equally. It is an aromatic blend of 4-5 basic ingredients. So take a look, try it & Enjoy it the flavorsome drink. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients- 1 cup Water 3-4 Green cardamom 1/2 stick Cinnamon 3-4 Cloves 2-3 slices of Ginger 1.5 tsp Sugar( add sugar according to your taste) 1.5 tsp Loose Black tea (strong black tea) 1 cup Milk Method- Add 1 cup of water in a sauce pan, switch on the flame. Add 3-4 cardamom ( if like more cardamom flavor crush them & then add to the water) Add 1/2 stick of cinnamon 3-4 cloves 2-3 slices of ginger Now bring it to a boil & add sugar according to your taste. And then add 1.5 tsp of strong black tea Let it simmer for about 2 minutes Finally add 1 cup of full fat milk And stir it. Let it boil it for 3-4 minutes As soon as it reaches to the top remove it from the flame & again keep it back to heat. Do this 2-3 times. This gives more intense flavor.
