As required Bay leaf. 2 leaf Yougurt. 1 cup Mint leaf. 1 handful Sela rice. 3 glass star anise. 1 pod Turmerind. 1 tbsp Tomatoes. 2 med size Slice onion. 2 med size Cinnamon. 1 stick Black paper. 4-5 nos lemon slice. 4-5 lemon juice. 2 tbsp cumin seeds. 1 tbsp Cooking oil. 3/4th cup Biryani Masala. As required black cardamom. 1 nos Biryani essance. 2-3 drop Green chillie paste. 5-6 nos Ginger garlic paste. 1 tbsp Orange food colour.
