Isabelle Sparkle Chases her 5k PB at Parkrun with Her Daddy | 8 Years Old

Inspired by the track athletes at the Olympics Isabelle wanted to have a fast run this week. We agreed to approach this with a moderate start and build up as to not burn out too early, this has worked for Isabelle in the past.
