2012 Indian Motorcycles
Here is a look at the 2012 Indian Motorcycles. They look great, and they're BIG bikes! Indian Motorcycle Company has a big truck full of good stuff, and they were showing off all of their newest models, based on the 105 cubic inch PowerPlus engine. Polaris owns Indian Motorcycle Company now, and I hope they will be able to keep it alive for a while. They definitely have some beautiful Indian Motorcycles to sell. Indian Motorcycle Company was founded in 1901 by George Hendee and Carl Hedstrom. Indian Motorcycles went bankrupt in 1953, and since then there have been numerous efforts to revive the brand and a lot of controversy over who actually owns the Indian Motorcycles name. Currently, Polaris Industries owns the Indian name, and they are manufacturing new Indian motorcycles in their Sprit Lake, Iowa factory.
