RE Himalayan 450 - How to Replace Your Swingarm & Suspension Linkage Bearings

Removing and re-greasing or changing your swingarm and suspension linkage bearings is one of the most neglected maintenance items. Ideally, you should inspect and re-grease the bearings every 20k kms or so and replace if necessary. I waited 35 kms to service mine and some of my bearings were in horrible shape.
