Lithium Battery + BMS + Nicd/Nimh Charger, Is it possible? Bosch cordless drill 14.4V PSR 1440

Is it possible to charge lithium battery with BMS by Nicd/Nimh charger? I make this video for answering this question. There will be many good answers from battery expertises. And also in this video I charge lithium battery with BMS by Nicd/Nimh charger. As a result, the battery is charged and it runs the drill too. But I don't know how well the battery life is. So please share your experience if you know it. This drill is made in Malaysia 2004 by Bosch and imported to Japan. It is 16 years old drill. The drill is good but 2 batteries are died. I bought this cordless from Japan recycle shop only 12$. Items used in this project 4S40A is BMS Protection Board - 4$ Lithium battery (3.7V 2200mAh) - 1.2$ * 8 = 9.6$ Nikel strip (0.1x5x10m) - 2$ Heat PVC (2m 6.5ft Width 85mm Blue PVC Heat) - 2$ Note: I am not battery expertise so I don't guarantee any damaged or exploded if you charge lithium battery incorrectly.
