[WIP #2] ORV X BSD AU React to Kim Dokja as Dazai Osamu

join the discord server:   / discord   (temp thumbnail) AU EXPLANATION: Kim Dokja's past plays out like how it does in canon—his mother takes the blame for killing his father and goes to jail, while he gets sent to some relatives. however, at 14, he attempts to commit suicide, yet he fails. while in the hospital, he meets a foreign doctor, Mori, who was there temporarily to oversee a patient of his who was transfered there. oddly enough, he was intrigued by Dokja, being the first to find out about his ability, and introduced himself. with having no caring family and nothing to lose, Mori successfully convinces Dokja to go to Japan with him, where abilities are more known and researched. there, he introduced him to the Port Mafia. Dokja decides to adopt a new name—Dazai Osamu—the pen name of a Japanese author he likes. his past plays out similarly like in bsd's canon, except that after Oda dies, Dokja decides to leave the mafia and moves back to South Korea at 18, in an attempt to heed Odasaku's words. feeling extremely lost and unsure, that's when he stumbles upon 'Three Ways to Survive the Apocalypse', and he can't help but be reminded of Oda. so, he reads. he reads and reads and continues to read. the protagonist inspires him, to the point where he wants to be more like him. with somewhat of a sense of direction, he lays low and eventually lands a temporary contract at a gaming company. then, once the apocalypse hits, everything goes similar to ORV's canon, but with the added feature of Dazai's ability (which nullifies many of ORV's skills and attributes), which overtakes some features of The Fourth Wall. also, the BSD cast takes the place of the Japanese incarnations during the apocalypse. moreover, Dazai does not meet the ADA in this au, so most of the bsd events after he leaves the mafia do not occur. the authors do exist in the real world, they're not only the names of bsd characters :) TIME STAMPS: 0:00 WARNINGS 0:20 AU Explanation 2:03 Kim Dokja Edits 6:03 Dazai Osamu Edits 10:42 WIP #1 END TAGS: #omniscientreadersviewpoint #omniscientreadersviewpointreact #bungoustraydogs #bungostraydogsreact #react #reactionvideo #reaction #gachalife2 #gachareact #gachareaction #gachareactionvideo #wip
