I Left the Wrappers On… And the Result was INCREDIBLE

I cast Wintergreen Life Savers in resin two different ways to see what would happen, and the result completely shocked me. Usually, we spend ages unwrapping and cleaning everything before putting it into resin to avoid bubbles, trapped air, and silvering. But for this experiment, I left the clear candy wrappers on for half of the pour. I expected floating plastic, trapped bubbles, and a messy result. Instead, the wrappers created something I genuinely did not expect. In this video, I compare wrapped vs unwrapped candy in resin, show how the resin reacts around the plastic film, and reveal the final demould that changed how I think about this “lazy” resin method.
