Today, just… a dish I made to feed myself well 🍜 The black bean sauce came from China, I added Canadian pork jowl, and finished it off perfectly with Korean kimchi. China 🇨🇳 Canada 🇨🇦 Korea 🇰🇷 Three countries met on one plate. I only used the recipe as a reference 😌 I wanted it salty, so I was a bit bolder with the seasoning powder! And… I didn't have a Chinese cleaver, so I just made this as an emergency fix 🎵 LOL It’s not a fancy dish, just a time I made to make it easy for myself, and to have fun. My energy levels were a bit low lately, but after eating well, resting well, and getting plenty of rest, my energy is finally coming back up 🙂 What is truly important?
