This Jazzy Ultra Light has a problem.. can we solve it?

Here at Mobility Solutions, this Jazzy Ultra Light came in not working straight out of the box. This is very unusual, especially for this model, but things happen. That’s why we are here to save you the headache. When you buy from us, we check everything before it leaves the store so we can resolve these issues before it arrives to your door. But as for today, we are going to see what we can do to fix this one. If you have a similar issue and think your issue may be a motor or the module this video may help you resolve your issue. Just pay very close attention to the size of the nuts and bolts, the placement of the wires and how they are tied down as well as the orientation of the module and the exact motions you took to remove it. I suggest taking pictures and perhaps even some video. It’s not too bad as long as you remember the steps. Now remember, this is a rare occurrence. The Jazzy Ultra Light is not known to have problems. In fact it is one of our mostly highly reviewed products. We love this chair.
