Introduction to how Reiki works

Not your typical intro to Reiki, I do go off tangent to talk about belief systems and the deeper alignment that needs to happen for us to be truly free from our angst and suffering. Working with Reiki is simply the releasing of blocks and old resistance to reveal your natural path, flow and person you are. It is not magical or an outside energy, it is a relaxation into your true nature as universal life force.
