In Yakutsk, one of the coldest cities in the world, I set out to explore the life and culture of the Saha (Yakut) Turks. While visiting the local markets, I encountered products quite different from what I'm used to, and I had the opportunity to try bear meat, which is consumed here periodically; I also tasted several other local delicacies. This experience was truly interesting and unforgettable. Continuing my trip, I visited the Mammoth Museum and had the chance to see thousands of years old remains unearthed from beneath the glaciers up close.
