Lauderdale and Ross Marine in Charleston in 2014/2015 fully documented with over $1.3 million put into her not including basic maintenance; she has been cared for by a full-time professional captain for the last 6 years under the current owner. Carry On has the preferred layout with the large center island queen master aft and 3 dual single berth staterooms forward, she is very well equipped with the twin Detroit Diesel 6-71s, (2) 20kW generators, Naiad fin stabilizers, bow thruster, and satellite TV. Carry On has been summer stored in indoor air-conditioned CAT-5 rated storage since her refit in 2015. She has extensively cruised Florida, the Bahamas, Keys and Caribbean as well as one summer in Maine. Refit highlights from 2015-present include: All exterior surfaces faired, and awlgripped, all new portlights and aft windows, full rebuild on the engines, new cutlass bearings, new dripless shaft seals, all exterior varnish completely stripped and redone, windows were prepped re-bedded and painted, all new batteries and chargers, new Garmin touchscreen MFDs at both helms, rebuilt dinghy davit, 13' Boston Whaler tender completely redone and in mint condition, new canvas and cushions, replaced stabilizer fins with larger 9 sq. foot fins, new SAT TV,, all new toilets, Reverso fuel filter and oil change system, completely redone galley with new fridge/freezer, stove, and dishwasher in a custom cabinet, the list goes on and on.
