C’est mon petit-déjeuner pratiquement pour les jours où j’ai envie de manger sucré le matin pour une énergie durable. Ingrédients : 1 banane bien mûre 🍌 1 œuf 1,5 c.à.s de farine de ton choix(fane de blé,farine d’avoine, poudre d'amandes, farine de riz, farine d’épeautre...) 1/1 c.à.c levure 1 carré de chocolat 🍫 Étapes : Écraser la banane Ajouter l’œuf + farine + levure Mélanger Ajouter le chocolat Cuisson : au micro-ondes 1min30 Résultat : Chaud, moelleux, fondant… et surtout hyper rassasiant. 260 calories, environ 10g de protéines → ça tient toute la matinée.
