Big Bear Eagles ~ Jackie & Shadow EPIC STICKFEST!! 23 STICKS Delivered ~ Almost Tie Record! 10.10.19

From early morning until evening, Jackie & Shadow had an epic stickfest today! They delivered 23 sticks and almost tie their record of 24 sticks brought in. Last night Jackie & Shadow chortles could clearly be heard beginning at 0:10 with Jackie, 0:14 Shadow; 0:16 Jackie; 0:18 Shadow; 0:19 Jackie & 0:21 Shadow. I love hearing them talking to one another! Several of the sticks were huge and Shadow manages to bring in a log as the last delivery! This will keep them busy placing them in the days ahead! Ravens were noisy and pestering them today with flybys beginning at 23:34 with Shadow on the nest watching them and then vocalizing. More raven flybys at 28:00 and Jackie will be seen flying in the distance at 28:27 on her way back to the nest. Shadow nips at Jackie's tail at 33:58. Shadow brings in his log as stick #23 at 38:21.There is some beaking- love nips between as they place their sticks at 40:11. They both worked hard today on the nest! Thank you for watching!
