Were these boaters DRUNK or just CARELESS… they dropped EVERYTHING in the lake – Dale Hollow Scuba

I went scuba diving at a spot on Dale Hollow Lake that was loaded with dropped stuff! I don’t know if the boaters who parked there were DRUNK or just CARELESS, but they dropped EVERYTHING in the lake. You will be amazed at all the stuff I found. These folks even had the fish scared!
