Why Did This DSG Transmission FAIL?

Today we tear apart the 6 Speed DSG Transmission out of our MK5 R32! This Trans had problems being stuck in 2nd gear, would go into limp mode with the PRNDS lights flashing, had a loud clicking noise while idle, and had a nasty whine noise on deceleration.
