The vegetation in the mountains has suddenly turned a fresh green, and this year many delicious wild plants such as Udo and Uruui have appeared. This spring, I've been enjoying eating lots of bamboo shoots and many kinds of wild plants every day in a variety of delicious dishes, and it's been great fun.
