In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa, cinnamon and baking soda. Combine the ingredients from both bowls, then pour into a tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20-25 minutes (a lot depends on the power of the oven, so it's important to check with a toothpick whether the cake is baked, but it's also important not to overbake it). Spread the hot cake with 5 spoons of apricot jam and set aside on 1-2 hours on room temperature. Wait for it to cool a little, then pour melted chocolate mixed with 4 tablespoons of oil and leave for at least 2 hours. Remove the cooled cake from the tray, separate it from the baking paper and cut it into cubes.
