Quake - e2m6 Nightmare 100% in 6:34

A 19 second improvement over the previous record by Thomas Stubgaard. I always wanted to do this, but this is like being in hell. I estimated a 30 second timesave but you have no say in that, only the monsters do - it's actually beyond silly. They say "never meet your heroes", this is one of those cases.
