I'm Diego Rodrigues, a real estate agent with over 15 years of experience. I started my career working for free just to learn the profession, at the former Cabana Nova Casa company, which no longer exists. In the beginning, I had my eldest son to support, and my wife didn't think it was a good idea to work for free, so I decided I had to continue. I ended up accepting the offer and worked during the day at the real estate agency and at night as a security guard at the main church in Capão da Canoa. I went through many struggles, many rejections, until finally, after a few months, I decided to create a new resume with experience in the field. That's when I found a second job as an agent at the Suakasa real estate agency in Xangrila. Where my career as a real estate agent would soon begin, on my first day as a rental agent I managed to close two sales for the Gasparovic family from Porto Alegre, RS. In mid-2010, I opened A4 Imóveis in partnership, which lasted only 3 years, and I decided to continue with the name. Since the debts were in my name, I went it alone, me and my wife Lisiani Oikawa. In 2013, we opened a small shop in the center of Capão da Canoa, RS. Things weren't going very well, and in 2017 we almost closed. By the grace of God, we managed to balance the shop rent and household expenses. Many times we had to forgo buying things for our house to keep the shop open, paying for rent, internet, and phone to be able to work. Finally, in mid-2019, I discovered that YouTube was a platform that could be better explored. It all started when clients wouldn't leave the keys to the properties because they were vacation rentals, so I started making videos whenever the owners were on site, and I began to notice that even after a few months, people were still calling me. Interested in the properties on the channel, I decided to make videos and upload them. That's when the channel started to grow, so I kept studying and improving my camera techniques, but without losing the simplicity of my personality. This is a little bit of my story.
