Smart TIC-TAC-TOE Game, Faulty but NEW | Can I FIX it?

I picked this up a few months back from off of from eBay for £4ish. It was sold as being "new, but faulty" and that it wouldn't power on. When it arrived, it did power on for about a second, but then refused to do anything else after that. So, let's crack it open and see if we can work out why, and get it fixed. Hope you enjoy!
