【京都旅行/Day2】「アマン京都③」絶品✨平井牛コースを堪能！鷹庵ディナー/朝食/朝散歩🌳

Hello! This is Fun Freedom. Thank you for watching! This time, I'll be sharing my experiences at the three hotels where I stayed one night each during my 3-night, 4-day trip to Kyoto. Day two is "Aman Kyoto." A luxurious, secluded resort away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. For the final part of my "Aman Kyoto" trilogy, I'll be sharing my experience at dinner at "Taka-an," the Japanese restaurant located outside the magnificent stone gate. At the counter seats made from a single piece of wood, I was able to enjoy my meal while watching the chef's skillful hands and the beautifully plated dishes one after another. We enjoyed the Hirai beef dinner course. Hirai beef is a type with strong marbling, but the fat didn't feel heavy, so it melted in my mouth very lightly, and it was a truly impressive course that I enjoyed without getting tired of eating until the very end. I thought it was a luxurious dinner for adults, where the deliciousness of the meat was brought out with the delicate touch of Kyoto kaiseki cuisine. Breakfast was served in a traditional Kyoto-style box, and we were able to enjoy a luxurious Kyoto morning with carefully prepared obanzai (Kyoto-style side dishes) and rice cooked in an earthenware pot. From the moment the staff opened the box, it felt like the luxurious experience of Kyoto had begun. Next time, I'll be writing about our stay at "The Thousand Kyoto," the hotel on our final day of our Kyoto trip. Stay tuned! 🎶
