After selling the Amarok, I was torn between replacing it with a newer pickup truck, perhaps, or treating myself to a special car I could find at a good price. And well, long story short, a BMW 730d, imported by the dealer and with clean service records, etc., and low mileage, appeared, and I took the plunge! It's a 2008 E65 facelifted 7 Series, the last year of that body style, with many optional features, including Night Vision, Comfort Access, comfort seats, Logic 7 HiFi audio, Shadow Line trim, and a host of other options that made this car probably worth more than $100,000 when new.
