After exploring the historical routes, today we decided to leave vehicles behind and explore the way we like best to truly feel the city's atmosphere: entirely on foot! We started the day at the stunning Lago Negro, one of Gramado's most famous spots, with its trees brought from the Black Forest in Germany and its calm waters. A perfect setting for a refreshing walk in the cold. From there, we walked towards the center of Gramado, passing the charming Lago Joaquina Rita Bier and exploring the European architecture of the main streets, the famous Stone Church, and the local shops. We show that it's entirely possible (and wonderful) to explore the city's main tourist attractions on foot!
