Removing the Rear Center Console from an Aston Martin DB9

Let me show you how to properly remove the Rear Center Console and Rear Seat Seats from a 2005 Aston Martin DB9 Coupe. You may need to remove it to gain access to the screw to remove the center console arm rest, the subwoofer, rear center brake light, or all the leather panels for cleaning or recovering. It all comes apart in under 10 minutes once you know the tricks. The process is [probably] the same on most of the Gaydon era cars that have a 2 + 2 Coupe configuration like the Aston Martin DBS, Virage and Vanquish. Please leave a comment below if you can confirm the process and/or mention the differences. You can learn even more about this and other topics on my companion blog at http://www.Aston1936.com 0:00 Introduction 0:22 Crammed in the Back Seat! 2:12 Tools 2:41 Removing the First Panel 4:50 Removing the Subwoofer Grill 5:35 Remove Right Rear Seat Squab 6:15 Remove Right Rear Seat Back 7:30 Remove Left Rear Seat Squab 7:35 Remove Left Rear Seat Back 7:55 Remove Rear Upper Center Trim Panel 8:33 Disconnecting the Rear Center Brake Light 9:02 A Tour of the Panel and Exposed Components 10:19 Wrapping Up #Aston1936 #AstonMartin #V12 #DB9 #DBS #Virage #Vanquish #astonmartindb9 #astonmartinv12 #astonmartindbs #astonmartinvanquish
