RG Luffy has never been this consistent. This Red Green Luffy build uses the full Animal package to create one of the most consistent board flooding engines available in the current OP16 format. The 3-cost Chopper attacks and reactivates his Animal type search effect by reststanding via Luffy's leader ability — spawning another Animal character directly from the deck onto the field without spending hand resources, effectively cheating out bodies every single turn. The result is a board that never stops growing — and against the swarm decks currently prevalent in the meta, a wide board of Animal package characters backed by Luffy's defensive DON!! power boosts creates a wall that swarm strategies simply cannot push through. The wider you go, the harder every single character becomes to attack into. The deck still runs the full high-end RG Luffy package — Double Attack Luffy and Sanji providing the explosive offensive tools that make this leader so dangerous in the late game.
