Full Detailing su Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider 1958 - #Labocosmetica

The car on which Fabio D'Avenia has worked, our professional car detailer, is a model of the 1958 Azzurro Capri, a very common color in those years. Thanks to this special treatment and to the #Labocosmetica products, the Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider has returned to shine like new. After decontaminating the rims using # P-Ray, we went to the prewash with #Neve, a neutral pH shampoo able to remove dirt and contamination of all kinds. For the cleaning of the hood we used #Vario, the chrome parts were treated with the chemical decontamination #Energo, while the carbon residues of the drains were removed thanks to #Cronos. After the preparation phase, the body was carefully washed with #Purifica, using the "double bucket" technique. On the car there were numerous stickers that were removed with Deca Flash, a spray designed to remove traces of glue and tar from bodywork and glass. To delete too the smallest impurities, we subjected the car to mechanical decontamination using #Claylube, a synthetic lubricant designed to remove any contamination present on a car. The intervention on the interior and the engine After treating the exterior of the car we moved to the interior, first sucking the dirt and then sanitize the floor with steam after passing #Vario, a product suitable for cleaning every surface. The leather seats have been treated with Charme detergent foam, while to eliminate rust and dirt on the joints of the doors we have used # P-Ray Also finished the interior cleaning work, we are dedicated to the engine. Also in this case the ideal solution is #Vario and the steam, a combination able to restore any mechanical part. Polishing and protection complete the work Before proceeding with the polishing, the car was inspected with the help of special lamps in able to reveal even the smallest imperfection. We have drawn up a card with the various defects and then we are prepared to proceed with the polishing. After defining the thickness of the paint, we have delimited a part of the bodywork to proceed with some tests, to identify the best polish / buffer combination. At this point we have moved on to polishing the car, including chrome. After a final inspection, it was the turn of protection. First of all we have applied #Venere, a polish able to enhance the finish and significantly improve the gloss, which also has the function of primer for the application of # Cupìdo, the nanocomposite sealant used to protect the body from limestone and atmospheric agents . For even more efficient protection, the Giulietta Spider has also been treated with #Perfecta. With #Aquavelox a thin coating has been created on the crystals to allow water to flow, thus improving visibility, while Idrostop, a product that has improved its impermeability, has been applied to the hood. It was a long and exciting work, which required many hours of intervention by our professional detailer Fabio D'Avenia who, thanks also to the #Labocosmetica products, reported the Alfa Romeo Giulietta of 1958, color Azzurro Capri, to his original splendor, ready to be admired in vintage car gatherings.
