One Pan Chicken Cabbage Recipe 👌Juicy and Packed with flavors !

If there is a head of cabbage sitting in your fridge and you don't know what to do with it or you want to try something new, try my chicken and cabbage recipe. The exciting thing about this recipe is that everything comes together in one pan, which is my favorite. Cabbage helps a lot with better digestion and you can make a variety of delicious dishes with it and my chicken cabbage recipe is one of them. I hope you make it and enjoy it. 🙂 Ingredients: 🔹️White or green cabbage: 1 kg 🔹️Boneless skinless chicken: 450 g 🔹️Olive oil: 2 tbsp 🔹️Garlic powder: 1 tsp 🔹️Onion powder: 1 tsp 🔹️Paprika : 1 tsp 🔹️Salt : 1 tsp 🔹️Tomato paste: 1 tbsp 🔹️One medium onion 🔹️2 cloves garlic 🔹️One carrot 🔹️Chicken broth: 3/4 cup 🔹️Paprika: 1 tsp 🔹️Freshly ground black pepper to taste 🔹️A little salt ( you can adjust the salt at the end of cooking) A handful of parsley Instructions: 🔹️Heat the oil on medium and add chicken, season with salt, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. Fry for 6 minutes or until browned on both sides 🔹️Add onion and saute for 2 minutes 🔹️Stir in garlic and saute for 30 seconds, then add tomato paste and fry for about 30 seconds to get rid of the raw smell of tomato paste. 🔹️Mix in cabbage and saute for 1 - 2 minutes or until coated and wilted down. 🔹️Add the carrots 🔹️Finally, add in the broth and seasoning 🔹️Bring to a simmer and lower the heat , stirring occasionally for about 10 to 15 mins or until the liquid has evaporated. 🔹️ Top with fresh parsley and enjoy.
