This date late into the "Unforgettable Fire" Tour is the first time U2 played Croke Park in their hometown Dublin, an event that was advertised heavily back in the day, spawning an RTÉ documentary called "Wide Awake in Dublin", including concert footage and interviews with the band and crew from the days leading to this historical show. The band also acknowledges this special day in their lives, adding a nice intro to "October", playing a cover of Bruce Springsteen's "My Hometown" for the only time ever and playing "Out of Control" for the first time since September 1984.
