I'm here to tell you that's complete nonsense. I've been there. The 14-hour days, chronically online, opening X first thing in the morning and immediately feeling like I'm falling behind. Watching 19-year-olds post 100k revenue screenshots while you're vibe-coding five apps a day that don't make any money. Here's the thing: you're in the AI space using tools to help people save time and make money. Isn't it ironic that you think you need to destroy yourself with crazy hours? The corner shop owner works just as hard as a tech CEO. Same 12-hour days. The difference isn't effort - it's leverage. One trades time for money, the other builds systems that work at scale whether they're present or not. Output = Volume × Leverage. Time has a ceiling. Leverage doesn't. Focus on the one without a ceiling. This video isn't a tutorial.
