Chicken Burger Patty Recipe | Simple & Tasty Homemade Burgers

🥣 Ingredients For Chicken Patty: 500g chicken (boneless) 3 small bread slices ½ tsp salt ½ tsp red chili powder ½ tsp garam masala ½ tsp mixed herbs ½ tsp black pepper 1 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped) For Coating: Egg wash (1 egg beaten) Bread crumbs For Coleslaw: 1 cup cabbage (finely chopped) 1 carrot (julienne cut) Sugar (to taste) Black pepper powder Salt (to taste) Mayonnaise For Sauce: ½ cup ketchup ½ cup mayonnaise Black pepper powder 👩‍🍳 Method 🔹 Step 1: Prepare Chicken Mixture Add chicken and bread slices into a food processor. Grind until it becomes a smooth qeema (minced mixture). Transfer to a bowl and add salt, red chili powder, garam masala, mixed herbs, black pepper, and fresh coriander. Mix everything well. 🔹 Step 2: Shape Patties Grease your hands with oil. Make burger patties according to your bun size. Place them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (this helps them firm up). 🔹 Step 3: Coat & Fry Dip each patty in egg wash, then coat with bread crumbs. Deep fry on medium-high flame until golden brown and fully cooked from inside. 🥗 Prepare Coleslaw In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrot, mayonnaise, salt, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well and keep aside. 🍅 Prepare Sauce Mix ketchup, mayonnaise, and a pinch of black pepper. Your creamy burger sauce is ready. 🍔 Assembling the Burger Take a burger bun. Spread sauce on one side. Add iceberg lettuce. Place the chicken patty. Add more lettuce on top. Add a layer of coleslaw.
